Pragya Choudhary

Pragya Choudhary is an accomplished Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Strategy consultant with extensive experience advising Fortune 500 companies, leading global private equity firms, and multinational corporations. Over five years at Deloitte Consulting, Pragya executed multi-billion dollar transactions across diverse industries, providing end-to-end M&A support—from strategy and due diligence to integration and post-merger stabilization.

Recognized for her leadership and results-driven approach, Pragya was the youngest manager in her Deloitte practice, earning rapid promotions and a reputation for high-impact client outcomes.

As Founder and leader of OneBridge Knowledge Partner, Pragya oversees a team delivering tailored, high-impact solutions for clients with precision and strategic insight.

Earlier, Pragya worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Goldman Sachs, covering India’s healthcare and pharmaceutical industries and contributing thematic research on policy impacts.

She has worked closely with senior deal teams at top private equity firms, gaining a nuanced understanding of buy-side and sell-side engagements. Pragya’s experience spans major US markets including New York, Milwaukee, Chicago, Boca Raton, Palo Alto, and Denver, enriching her global perspective.

Pragya holds an MBA in Finance from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research and completed a Global Immersion Programme in Private Equity at Cornell University.

Her core competencies include due diligence, deal structuring, integration, carve-outs, restructuring, and synergy realization. She has partnered with technology leaders, media conglomerates, publishing houses, data engineering firms, and industrial distributors.

Currently based in Jaipur, India, Pragya is married and enjoys reading, swimming, and traveling.
